How it works

From “I learned this once” to playing it again

01 — Write it down

Save it while you still remember it.

Title, capo, chords, strumming — the four things that make a song yours. When it has a verse and a chorus, split it into parts. It takes about a minute.

02 — Play from it

Every chord drawn out, every part one tap away.

Chords show as diagrams with a finger number on every dot, the strumming as arrows. Switch between verse and chorus without putting the guitar down.

03 — Look it up

Your songs, always within reach.

Tempo

Practise at the song's own speed

Every song keeps its tempo, and the metronome starts right there. Turn the click off and it keeps counting — for playing along to the record.

Why

I kept losing songs I'd already learned

I learned songs from YouTube, from a teacher, from a friend's phone at a party. Different places, same ending: three weeks later I remembered that I'd learned it — and nothing else.

So I started writing them down. That's the whole app.

Start with one song

The one you can almost play. Write its chords down tonight, and they'll still be there in March.
